For centuries, pearls were more than ornaments, they were currency, connectors of trade, and vessels of memory. Each layer recalls exchange of goods ,of cultures,of knowledge that traveled the waters. Just as the Nile once carried stories, so too does this pavilion carry the memory of value, beauty, and connection. The shell forms the defining gesture of the pavilion, an enveloping structure that curves gracefully around its core, offering both protection and openness. Its layered, bold yet fluid borders mimic the geometry of a natural shell, with soft ridges and subtle translucence that catch the light like nacre in its core. Acting as both boundary and embrace, the shell becomes a sanctuary, a sculptural skin that shields what lies within while inviting the outside world to glimpse its inner radiance.
