Step into a world where fashion breathes, where fabric and skin become one. Wander through sunlit terraces and into shadowed halls, where movement flows and the poetry of layers comes alive. Every space tells a story — from whispered couture dreams to the pulse of ready-to-wear reality. Here, sustainability waltzes with elegance, innovation entwines with beauty, and fragrance lingers like memory. This is more than design — it is emotion woven into texture, transformation staged in every corner. Welcome to the space where identity unfolds, layer by luminous layer. Welcome to Fashion Design District 2025.

For Cairo Design Week 2025, this historic space transforms into an imagined world created by LMD, the developer bringing the Heliopolis District to life. Here, LMD unveils the essence of its next chapter — the Cairo Design District (CDD) at One Ninety, New Cairo — the first design district in EGYPT AND Africa. The installation translates the essence of Cairo Design District into an abstract, sensorial journey — a space that doesn’t tell you what CDD is, but lets you feel it. It’s an immersive expression of creativity, innovation, and urban energy — a fusion of Cairo’s raw dynamism with the refined pulse of contemporary design. “Echoes of the District” invites visitors to feel before they understand. It is an emotional preview of what Cairo Design District offers — a place where creativity is not just seen, but experienced.

Set in the iconic Merryland Garden, long cherished as a source of joy, energy, and an urban lung for Heliopolis, this exhibition celebrates design as a continuous act of becoming. Makers-Space brings together student work from graphic design, digital media, fashion, product design, and interior architecture, alongside projects from emerging startups, to reveal how ideas evolve from early sparks to fully formed contributions shaping today’s design landscape. The spatial design adopts red as its central tone, capturing the vitality of youth and the momentum that drives their creative process. Light, adaptable structures host displays, workshops, and talks, each echoing the transformative paths that young designers navigate as they experiment, refine, and push their work forward.

The Elano booth is envisioned as a modern oasis; A serene refuge of balance and renewal. Its curved forms and cool tones evoke the gentle flow of water in a desert of minimalism, while the central tree anchors nature within a sleek architectural shell. Rooted in purity and deliberate simplicity, every element reflects Elano’s devotion to authenticity, balance, and effortless elegance.
Elano, it’s not just water.
